In the restaurant business since 2010, we kept being asked a simple question:
« how does the benglai food look like, when we cook it at home. For our families. Something we would eat ourselves.»
Well, we all understand that the food served in a restaurant is different from a meal cooked by the grand-mother.
First of all to consider is time, a proper authentic home made food, takes a lot of preparation, and most of all a lot of time.
Something that is impossible to reproduce in a restaurant setting, with a menu a-la-carte, and in a big volume.
So this is where we come. We cook a single meal every monday, with all the attention and the know-how it requires. And this in a limited quantity of 25 meals. All those restrictions, just to guarentee the best possible outcome.
And all of this with the most important ingredient,
which we all know is
love
